Importance of "WATER" by Rahul Bhardwaj

Poem on:

"The importance of water"!

This is an initiative by me to educate people of "the importance of water" that has been overlooked by us, by all... We do not realize its importance but the fact is: "the black day" has started. By 2020, Gurgaon, the youngest city f India would be uninhabitable due to water scarcity.

Article on: 'International Business'

‘INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS’

A glimpse at the ‘International Business’.

‘A lesson learned is far better than a lesson read’.
The word IB (International Business) as itself speaks; is an interaction of business of one country with the other. But, it isn’t easy as it seems.

International Business is vast, indeed very vast. A glimpse on ‘International Business’ to understand the regulatory bodies involved in the process of doing business. Imports & exports have norms which vary in every country. Countries that appreciate certain commodities and/or services could be a violation of law for the others. Henceforth, country or countries that one wants to enter should look into their cultural & demographic factors, laws etc. to be precise. Liquor could be one such example, which is banned in Arab countries but are a part of dine for some west countries.

Entry strategy elements are given lime light. There are various factors to look into before doing business amongst countries. I would highlight the few, as IB is like; ‘the more you penetrate, the more you get in’.

Identifying the foreign market could be said as the primary step. Until & unless you identify that, you can’t walk your steps. Market research helps you understand the consumer. But, what’s the need to understand your customer and/or say consumer? I could rightly say, if you know your consumer and you offer exactly what they want, than: “you know your business”.

Then comes the regulatory environment as per specific industry and country- which was briefly discussed above. Last but not the least; channel & entity options and the way you launch the product in the overseas market were briefly discussed. Channel plays an important role in delivering the products for final consumption/usage. Many products that are good but failed to attract the customer’s leads to failure, hence marketing and advertising comes into picture i.e. how you launch the product.

To conclude, I would say entering into other country would be a high risk involvement. Thus, research is very important with the unison understanding norms of businesses countries and the home country.

Article: "A walk through the corporate winds..."!

‘A walk through the corporate winds...’

MBA - a never ending success stairs to the world of corporate. But is it really necessary to be an MBA aspirant to open the doors of corporate, is a BIG Question? There are many choices as an individual, but what matters is what one aspires and what you actually want to be.

The world today sees the sun that is in hurry like never before, and so is the case in the corporate. Entering the world of corporate without shields of qualification is like getting hit being a bull’s eye. Although, exceptions are always there like those of Mr. Dhirubhai Ambani, Mr. Bill Gates who is a Harvard Drop out showed the path that intellectual and hard work always sparkles. But time also shows the other side of the coin which is unseen, which one could rightly say, ‘the practical visualization of the business world’. The word, ‘Business’ is even older than the barter system. If also I take an e.g. of historical era, the business was more practical then but today business is taught in a more polished manner. This shows the necessity to change with time and the importance of adaptation. The old calendars are always remembered but change is also necessary because the world today breaths air with others blood. A corporate throws work on employees to the extent that only a good sailor crosses the waves of pressure. It may not be tough for some but qualification shouldn't be a hindrance.

There are pros and cons in everything and/or anything but when it comes to qualification, it only adds value. Adding to that, a qualified person is also being seen with a respectful eye by the world. The world always appreciates the importance of passing the benchmark of qualifications. Qualifications are always essential and essential qualifications are always implemented with sand of time.

Now is it justifiable to be a cliff hanger every time and fear tiny threads of time, is a BIG question???
Do not fear; it’s time to be a leader! A post graduate in business acclimatizes oneself just like water that even fishing in the barren land becomes feasible. One has to flux innovation throughout their professional career to be a leader and that isn't served as bed tea. You have to earn it and a post graduate in business is the right platform for an individual to board the train of corporate world or to be an entrepreneur. You should not regret later with time the essence of post graduate in the corporate winds and say, “I built my own coffin”! There’s nothing called as a mistake, it’s a decision that matters. It’s a decision of an individual to decide what to do and what not to do. It’s like a blue ocean strategy where you have to decide your faith according to the traits one possesses. I would say, “Don’t just count hair, be practical”. One has to be adroit in today’s competitive world. To conclude I would say preparation is key breaker of all locks in life.

Take time, think wisely!
